Returan & Exchange

We Belong Together pride with its high-quality control system to make sure each individual piece sold in perfect condition.

For any reason, if you would like to return it please make sure the item in original packaging, its unworn in original condition and have not been adjusted within 7 days of purchase.

How to return:

  1. Contact We Belong Together via email
  2. Describe the order number
  3. Indicate the faulty problem
  4. We will issue you a return form
  5. Please make sure you packed the item securely with the return form

 Please note there are few items not eligible for exchange or return:

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
  • Special Order or Engraved items
  • Lost or missing items
  • Abused or damaged items
  • Items purchased over 7 days

Postage costs are not refundable. However, we will cover the return shipping costs if the item is faulty.

Once your goods have been received, your request will be actioned within 10 working days of being received at our head office and subject to inspection.

If you wish to exchange your item, please indicate what item(s) you would like, providing links and/or product codes. Please note that we can only exchange for items of equal or greater value.

Gift option:

If you are buying for someone else and would like the option to exchange on a ready-made item, please contact us before purchasing and we will be happy to organise this option for you.
